What are we eating this SATURDAY?
HAHAHAHAHA you my friend are a disaster!!! LOL
Im right there with you, because I had a cupcake for breakfast with my coffee. Yep. Sure did.
But - went to the gym, burned 863 calories and now Im eating lunch.
Lunch - Turkey chili
Dinner - DATE NIGHT with my bestie. We're going to Outback Steakhouse for steak and lobster tails. And a whole bottle of wine. Yep, another true story right there.

I had to consciously sit down and figure out my day because I am working from 3:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. UGH, what makes me agree to these shifts???
B: 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1 Trader Joe vegetable patty, 1/4 cup 50% low fat cheddar
L; 3 TJ turkey meatballs, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce (going to have to cut the meatballs down to 2, can't get them in)
D: 1/2 cup turkey chili, 1/4 cup 50% low fat cheddar
S: (at various points during the day and onto 4:30 a.m.) Dannon greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of mixed frozen berries, 1 laughing cow light cheese wedge, 4 Grains first multi-grain crackers
No working out today, just a whole lot of WORKING!!!!

Lunch-- slice grilled chicken, crumbled egg, 1 slice of crumbled bacon, and 1/2 cup lettuce. 2 tbls. fat free italian dressing. (slowly adding lettuce again)
Dinner-- Greek Chicken in my crockpot and 1/4 cup of broccolli

Snack-- Blueberry greek yogurt and 1/4 granola bar crumbled

D: Tilapia with pasta and spicy alfredo sauce. probably broccoli as well.
Unaccounted for: Almonds, pound cake crumbles (lol!), other stuff..(oops)
Exercise: P90X Kenpo. Went for a run earlier.

From a size 20 to a size 2! Woo hoo.
Slept in today... no gym.
11am coffee w f/f half/half & peppermint paddy s/f DaVinci
1pm ww string cheese stick
3pm Out to Jalapeno Tree with DH for late lunch/early supper. I had the "Jack Nicholson" plate which is basically Chicken & Beef Fajita meat on skewers with peppers, tomatoes & mushrooms. Sides of refried beans, rice & guacamole. I had 1 piece of chicken, 2 pieces of beef, 1 tomato, 2 mushrooms, 1 bell pepper, a few bites of the refried beans, a little rice, some guacamole. Ate till satisfied, but not stuffed. Put about 3/4 of my plate in the "to-go" box. Also had a small cone of frozen yogurt/soft serve icecream.. whatever it is.
7 or 8pm: Leftovers from lunch, but this time I will weigh & measure.
late: depending on how I feel, either protein bar or DeMett s/f turtle.
