Can I ask, how much you lost in all?  Was your husband and daughter supportive?  Do you still have "restriction" or is just after all these years you just know when to stop?

I have lost 70lbs. I am up and down 5pounds all the time. What is incredible, I would drop 5 pounds, which didn't happen before the band without trying hard. I have moderate restriction and I eat all the foods including bread. I don't count calories, but I do try to make good choices. I still have moments when I loose control and would have ice cream or chocolate in large quantities. My band was never tight by choice.

My family was supportive, but never understood obesity. They still don't. Here is my "during" photo, at that point I was down 30 pounds.

I understand completely.  My husband was very againest the surgery, which I told him I'm having with or without you.  He said, I guess then but I still dont like it.  But after surgery he is my biggest fan.  He helps anyway he can, but he too, (even though he is overweight as well) doesn't understand obesity.  You look beautiful in your picture.  You have a natural beauty about you.  Thank you for sharing and good job!
