have you heard of lipotrim
Hi All,
Right at the beginning: I am an awefully slow loser. Since my surgery March 17th this year up to yesterday I only lost (to be fair, I have been on holidays two weeks and we did not look at what we ate, and the band helped me to not put on any weight in these 2 weeks) 8lbs, and about 6lbs was the week after surgery.
All my colleagues started with lipotrim. This is a shake only diet, and they do amazing! so, I thought I give it a try, today is my second day and over night I lost already 2.7 lbs! BUT it is darn hard work, I feel dizzy, I am hungry, basically I feel like I am starving myself, but to me ot seems the weight loss makes it worthwhile.
I know I have the band, and this is where I see it helping: if I finally manage to lose weight a lottle faster, the band will be my tool to maintain the weightloss.
What do you guys think? Anybody having the experience of a shake only + band? Is it completely nuts what I am doing? Do you understand my impatience or am I alone out there:{
Thank you!

Personally I do not think it is a good idea.
THe band is placed to help feel sated with smaller amount of food. Usin only liquids does not allow you to do that
What is the nutritional value of the shakes? Most products like that are not full nutrition.
IF you feel dizzy there is something wrong. If you are taking in enough calories, you shold not feel dizzy...
Have you spoken to your doctor or nutritionist about it? That would probably be the best thing...

The shakes are great for post-stuck episodes, after fills, etc, but not for a regular diet. They don't work with your band and you will be hungry between meals....this is an example of maladaptive eating and is really discouraged by my doc, PA and nutritionist.
Eat 3 oz lean protein and an oz of low glycemic veggies about 4 times a day...you won't be hungry and you will lose...
Hang in there, you are barely getting started with this band and need to give it a chance to work with you before resorting to diet "gimmicks".
