What are we eating today (Thursday)
S: Atkins bar + strawberries
B: Lemon creme pie overnight oats w/ raspberry jelly (so good)
S: Protein bar
L: Spaghetti squash, turkey meat, veggies, and garlic Philly cooking creme
S: P28 bread, white choco PB with 1/2 banana and a lot of cinnamon
D: Chicken alfredo with low carb fettuccine, chicken, and broccoli
Exercise: P90X core synergistics and a 15 min run.
I have BSN Cinnamon Roll in my pantry; have used like 2-3 scoops, I can't get into it. Will probably go to waste :( I prefer casein over whey nowadays.
