YUMMMMMM I love me some cereal too.  I can't believe I did without it for 10 months long ago before I tried this glorious bowl of cereal-y goodness.  Glad you liked it Barb.  I just bought some Sugar-Free Honey from the site as well to try and I bet it will make it even better!

Yes, that is the brand and entire name of it actually is "BSN Lean Desserts Protein".  They are amazing and I've tried ALL shakes out there. lol  Several flavors and my favorites are Chocolate Fudge Pudding, Whipped Vanilla Cream Pudding and Banana Cream Pudding.  They aren't "pudding", per se...they just taste rich like it so that is the flavors' names. www.netrition.com sells them. $4.99 flat shipping rate. :)

B:  GNC Amp Chocolate protein shake, 2 tbsp. PB2, 6 ounces skim milk 

S:  2 laughing cow cheese wedges

L:  1/2 cup chili turkey, 1/4 50% reduced fat shredded cheddar

D:  3 oz boneless pork chop, 1/2 cup grilled zucchini

S:  1 tbsp. Smart Balance Chunky peanut butter and 1 hershey kiss (yikes! 26 calories a piece)

I actually ended up seeing the NP instead of the Doctor, but that's fine with me.  As long as they can do a fill, I"m cool (and as long as I'm not their first.. lol).

Turns out my port is slightly tilted toward the midline, so it took 2 sticks, but I've had the bariatric surgeon's nurse have trouble too, so this is nothing new.

She agreed to give me .2cc's and I can feel a subtle difference already.  Water went down fine in the doc's office, but a couple hours later, powerade zero hesitated just a bit before sliding all the way through.  This was after doing Yoga at place new to me, so that may be the difference.

I just had some Miso soup and when I get off the computer I'm going to dig around and see if we have any instant potatoes in the pantry ( I LOVE Idahoan instant mashed potatoes.. I know I'm strange..but they're really good for instant).  If we don't, I think I have some white chicken chili left from the other night and I'll very carefully eat that.

I wasn't really happy about being sent to a different doctor for lapband management.. kinda feels like my surgeon doesn't care about bands anymore, but now that I've been there, it might be ok. Time will tell. The NP said that they do BMR testing.. which I've been curious about for a long time.  So I might look into getting that done.

Short story.. got the fill I wanted with minimal trouble.  Thanks for asking.

S- Trader joes vanilla whey with skim milk and frozen strawberries
D- Trader Joes black bean soup w/ a tb jalapeno hummus mixed in

Love TJ's Black Bean Soup...do you get the one in the big box wth spout?  I also like the Roasted Red Pepper one in a box too.
