early: coffee with f/f half/half & choc. s/f torani
B: Dr. Kracker Organic Pumpkin Seed Cheddar flatbread & light laughing cow cheese
post workout: 1/2 scoop syntrax in 8oz powerade zero & 2 ice cubes
Lunch: probably chicken or tuna & some microwaved broccoli & carrots
I'm hoping to get a small fill this afternoon, so I'm not sure what I will have for dinner. Probably either soup or mashed potatoes. Fill days are about the only time I allow myself mashed taters. LOVE fill days.. too bad they come so far apart now (last one was 6 months ago). If they give me a big fill, I'll be on liquid protein. bah. I only want .2 or .3cc. New fill doc, so we'll see.

Going to try to visit a 'new to me' Yoga studio near the doc's office after my appt.
Lunch: Breakfast was so delcious, I had another small serving for lunch!
Snack: Roasted almonds, a few baby carrots
Dinner: Leftover BBQ turkey meatloaf from last night, roasted asparagus
B: 1/2c Flax Snax Hot Cereal (Cinnamon-n-Spice), 1T SF Cinnamon syrup, 1/2c water, 1/2c skim milk
S: 1c 0% Plain Fage, 1T French Vanilla SF Syrup, 1T Peach SF Syrup, 1T Fiber Sprinkles
L: 3oz Spicy Italian Slow-Cooker Beef, 1/2c LF Ricotta, 1T shredded Mozarella Cheese, sprinkle of parmesan
S: 2.5oz chopped avocado, 1T shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1t dijon mustard, 1T Balsamic Vinegarette, sprinkle of parmesan
D: 3oz Slow-Cooker Greek Chicken, 1/4c Herbed Couscous, 1/4c steamed yellow zucchini
Dessert: 1/2c Protein Ice Cream (Chocolate Fudge-Coconut flavor)
Edited to add: I ended up having 10 White Cheddar Soy Crisps with my afternoon snack too. :)
It is a very sweet vanilla taste, or more mild like regular vanilla protein powder? From the name, I'm imagining it to taste almost like vanilla cake frosting.
Please, oh PLEASE let it taste like vanilla frosting!!!!!!!!
ETA: I make mine really thick too so they are even sweeter and more like, dare I say again...PUDDING! HAHAA
Oooh, ohhhh - AND try a little NSA canned pumpkin with pumpkin pie spices in the Cinammon Roll if you have it in your cupboard. Yummmmmm.
