What Are We Eating Wednesday
Early - Coffee
Breakfast - 2 halves deviled egg (mixed w/ lt mayo & dijon - yumm), strawberries w/ sf vanilla syrup
Lunch - 1/2 Whole Wheat Roll-up, roast beef, lt mayo, lettuce, tomato
Dinner - pork chop, mushrooms & onions sauteed, spinach
Gym - 30 min w/ trainer, 5 min elliptical (getting better),
5 min rowing machine, 30 min treadmill

B: 1c 0% Plain Fage, 1T French Vanilla SF Syrup, 1T Peach SF Syrup, 1T Fiber Sprinkles
S: 2oz chopped avocado, topped with 2T shredded cheddar cheese, 1T LF Balsamic Dressing
L: Turkey Taco Salad - 3 oz leftover ground seasoned turkey, 1c shredded lettuce, 1T shredded cheddar, 2T 0% Greek Yogurt, 2T salsa, 1oz chopped avocado, 2 chopped black olives, sprinkle of parmesan cheese
S: 5 BBQ Soy Crisps, 1oz Aged White Cheddar, 2 pickle spears (de-skinned), dijon mustard for dipping
D: 4oz Spicy Italian Slow-Cooker Beef, 1/4c garlic green beans
Dessert: Hmmmm...not sure yet but maybe nothing because dinner will be kind of late.

Ohhhh yes, girl, I use that thing constantly. I do, however, brown the ground turkey with onions and garlic for a few minutes in a pan (not all the way through, though) before I transfer it to the crock pot, add whatever seasonings I'm using that day (taco, italian, BBQ sauce, etc) and let it cook in there until I get home. Makes everything so soft and goes down with ease!
P.S. I even cook my meatloaf in there too all day and then throw it under the broiler in the oven to brown the top when I get home - mmmmm, SO tender. I'm telling you...everything gets thrown in there! lol
