No. I havent had the surgery yet. I am just trying to get as much info about certain things as I can before the surgery so I can be prepared and or stock up.

 Gotcha.

The bulk of my liquid diet was protein shakes. Also had Crystal Light, s/f Jell-O, s/f pudding (Jell-O Mouse Temptations are good!) and s/f Popsicles. I actually didn't have much broth. Protein shakes are good for filling you up and the puddings, etc. got me through to the next "meal."

Lots of water, too, of course.

I like the Premier Protein shakes from Costco the best.  They taste like chocolate milk.
One day at a time, and one meal at a time, and I WILL reach my goal!

Premier shakes are my favorite also.  I get mine from Sam's Club- box of 12 for $17.

See your nutritionist for a list of liquid "foods".

Hello!!
I like Atkins Shakes. My favorite was carmel latte, chocolate. And like everyone said sf jello, sf popsicles. I liquified soup sometimes (well only 2 times). I did try the broth, but it did really work for me. My dr. said if I go a lil confused, lightheaded I could have very lean meat. Not a whole lot. I did do that a couple of times. But thats about it.
GOOD LUCK

The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time...
