I do both -- I add time to my walks, and I also increase the intensity by walking/jogging.
I wear a heart-rate monitor, and I warm up by walking about 10 minutes, then I jog for a few minutes, walk again, alternating on and off for 60 - 150 minutes.
Now that it is getting hotter, I will start to go to the gym for stair-climbing or elliptical training for 45 minutes at lunch time -- then, walk for 30 - 60 minutes in the evenings.

Thank you so much, EVERYBODY!!! I exercise around an hour a day and don't really want to increase it. LOL But I've found my power walk that I was, out of breath, at first, now I'm barely tired. I do, do J.M. 30 day shred and cannot do it all the way without getting tired, but I also do cardio DVD's. I will try and take all your advise, hugz!!
