Anyone use the hungry girl online or the cookbook. Today I made a mug scramble. It was 155 calories and 22 g of protein. In addition only 3 carbs . Score. It was good filling and took me 2 minutes to make.her cook book has many high protein recipes.

I have one of her cookbooks, 1.2.3., and use it often.  My favorite turkey chili recipe is from her book.  I also subscribe to her daily newletter, (it's free), and she often has good recipes there as well as new product notices.  They aren't always band-friendly but they're pretty good.  I also like that a lot of her recipes are single servings or for 2.

Enjoy!

You can really put anything you want in there but mine was
1/2 cup egg substitute 12 g protein
2 tablespoons bacon crumbles 6 protein and
1/8 cup shredded cheese 4 protein
Get microwave safe mug spay with Pam
Put in egg substitute and microwave for 1 minute.
Then stir
Ad bacon and cheese.
Cook for 30-45 seconds
Eat up. It's good and you can really add anything you want.

I love these!

At first I was a little skeptical about the idea of making eggs in the microwave.

Just a PSA: they come out really soft and fluffy and don't cause any problems for my band, where regular scrambled eggs or omelets usually do. Just wanted to share!

You can't go back and make a brand new start, but you can start from now and make a brand new end.

Remember there is no law that you have to eat "breakfast" foods, you can eat whatever you  want. I sometimes have leftovers from dinner the night before.

Very true. I eat all kinds of things for breakfast. Sometimes I get in a tut.
