Thanks for the info.  So you don't have trouble with rice, I guess?  They sound good.

In the beginning I had a little trouble with a few things but for the last 2 years I have not found any foods to be a problem(guess that's a bad thing sometimes) just really have to watch and measure quantity

Early:       Coffee/creamer
Breakfast:  Choc. protein bar
Snack:      Protein drink (on the go this a.m.)
Lunch:      Salmon/ asparagus
Snack:      cheese stix/activia yogurt
       Curves Workout (Zumbz canceled):(
Dinner       1/2 Angus bacon cheeseburger (very bad me)

But the great choices the rest of the day cancelled out the burger, right?  HAHAAA

Love it Lisa, and I so hope you're right!  Tomorrow I will be traveling with friends.  Will make the best choices I can after breakfast, but probably won't want to list them under "What are we eating today?" since we will be attending a spring festival.  Not a lot of good choices there.
