8am  Dr. Kracker & laughing cow cheese

11am 1/2 scoop syntrax in crystal lite

1pm   3oz protein, 1/2 cup veggies (have to see what's in the fridge)

3 or 4pm snack:  ww string cheese?  or maybe baby carrots & individual packet of hummus.

6 or 7pm:  3oz protein, 1/2 cup veggies

bedtime: 50 to 100 calories of chocolate something.

Exercise:

Pilates: 66 cal, HR 98
Step: 203 cal, HR 147
C25K: 292 cal, HR 172
Might go back for RPM at 5:30 tonight.. we'll see.   If I do, I get to have the hummus for a snack.  If I don't.. string cheese only.  :)    Motivation!!

Yeah, what Lisa said about it being beautiful out.  IF you discount the rain! UGH

B:  GNC Amp chocolate protein shake, 2 tbsp. PB2 choc/peanut butter one, 6 ounces of skim milk ( sooo pissed, bought a gallon of skim milk 3 days ago and it is already sour)

S:  1 hard boiled egg

L:  4 oz, chunk light plain tuna, 2 southwest chipotle light laughing cow cheese wedges

D:  don't know yet, have to work til midnight.  Didn't plan this one well, ut oh.

Hey Mel...I agree things have slowed down. It's probably the ******** and judgmental jerks that scared everybody off...and you know I am not one to say something like that. Sad, but true I think. I have been on here religiously for 2 years and it goes up and down like that for those reasons. If you are not familiar with it, it is scary and the lack of support of the band sometimes makes people blow. :( Very unfortunate. I try to offset the negativity by offering unconditional support...but its hard to diffuse the situations sometimes.

Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein Powder (Whipped Vanilla Cream flavor), 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk, 2T PB2, 1T SF Strawberry Syrup (PB&J lol), 2T Fiber Sprinkles, Ice

B: 3/4c Hi-Lo Protein Cereal (Vanilla Nut flavor), 1/2c FF Milk, 1/2 banana

L: 2.5 2oz Parmesan Tuna Patties (my version of crab cakes, ate the last 2... *tears* lol), 1/4c Tartar Sauce (made with 0% Greek Yogurt and Sweet Relish)

S: 10 BBQ Soy Crisps, 1oz Aged Reserve White Cheddar

D: 3/4c Flax Snax Protein/Fiber Hot Cereal (Strawberries-n-Cream flavor), 3/4c Unsweetened Almond Milk, (Breakfast for dinner again! Working late.)

Dessert:
1c 0% Plain Fage, 1T Coconut SF Syrup, 1T Strawberry SF Syrup, 2T Fiber Sprinkles

Lisa--You always post the yummiest sounding meals.  Thanks to your posts, I've ordered the fiber crystals and the dessert protein in banana nut bread flavor.  I can hardly wait for them to arrive!  I'm so glad you post your menu every day.:)

I find them in the freezer section at walmart about 260 calories for the whole meal. had black beans, whole grain tortilla, rice not sure what else I threw the box away but tasted pretty good.
