Hi Bandster Buddies!  Happy Humpday. :)  Had to drive up to L.A. in the rain today for a hearing...hate that commute, but so it is.  LOL

Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein Powder (Banana Nut Bread flavor), 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk, 2T PB2, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, Ice

B: 3/4c Hi-Lo Protein Cereal (Original flavor), 1/2c FF Milk, 1T Blueberry SF Syrup

L: 2 2oz Parmesan Tuna Patties (my version of crab cakes), 1/4c Tartar Sauce (made with 0% Greek Yogurt and Sweet Relish)

S: 1c 0% Plain Fage, 1T Coconut SF Syrup, 1T Strawberry SF Syrup, 2T Fiber Sprinkles

D: 3/4c Flax Snax Protein/Fiber Hot Cereal (Cinnamon & Spice flavor), 3/4c Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1T Cinnamon SF Syrup (I love me some breakfast for dinner!)

Dessert: 
Another slice of Shelly's Black Forest 5-minute Protein Cake (last slice...tears), Dollop of Whipped Cream

Early:       Coffee with creamer
Breakfast:  Atkins protein drink
        2 mile walk
Lunch:      Chinese out (It wasn't very good so I didn't eat much at all!)
Snack:      Chicken salad on a spinach mix
        Curves Zumba
Dinner:     Meatloaf, salad with rasberry vinagarette, spoon of mashed potatoes
Snack:      Possibly  PB and Banana protein shake

Definitely Chocolate Fudge Pudding or Whipped Vanilla Creme.  They are so rich and versatile! But the Banana Cream Pudding and Chocolate Coconut Candy Bar are soooo good too - but I'd get sick of those last 2 if I had them every single day, ya know?  Ugh its so hard to choose! :)

I ordered those fiber sprinkles from netrition yesterday!  Also ordered the PB2, loved the samples!  But your Lean Desserts are a little pricey for me right now and they don't do samples??!?  And you have to post the recipe for Shelly's Black Forest Protein Cake!!!

B:  GNC Amp Chocolate protein, 2 tbsp. PB2, 6 ounces skim milk

S:  Laughing cow light french onion cheese wedge, lite baby bell cheese round

L: 1/2 cup turkey chili, 1/4 cup 50% reduced fat cheddar

D:  3 ounces breaded buffalo chicken tenders, 1/4 cup broccoli

I hear ya!  My netrition monthly shopping list is looooong with all of the specialty foods I eat and it does add up.  But when you are trying to maintain like I have for so long and be diligent while doing so, I HAVE to have that variety and high quality of foods or I will totes deviate from policy and will want to eat bad foods that taste good. LOL  Trust me, I cut corners elsewhere because I hardly ever go out to eat...I mean hardle EVER!  So it all works out for me. :)  Glad you're trying the sprinkles.  Don't go and just eat a spoonful dry, though girly.  LOL.  You have to add them to stuff, remember K?  I am LOL'n because I did just that when I got them the first time and was like puh-tooeeey!!!

Hey--I ordered the sprinkles today.  I'll bet they are good in Greek yogurt.

You got that right!  Eat it every day...nice and crunchy and SO much healthier than granola IMO. Shoot, I add them to WHATEVER I can. "Regular" is my fave word...remember?  HAHAA :)
