Normally, I am laughing right along with you Pumpkin....I do appreciate your sense of humor.  I just thought several threads was too much, but that is only my humble opinion.....I have a lot of respect and love for you and NM.

While I agree in principal, my life with the band hasn't been so much fun. I'd love to live in Utopia but I've yet to find it, must be well hidden behind that cloud with the silver lining.

Hislady, I am not talking about the band-bashing and over zealous band supporting fight threads.  I have done my fair share of regret with my band.  I welcome all of those discussions, it's just the tone has been so vile lately......

Okay, I will go back to my cloud with the silver lining.

Melly I hope you weren't offended by my post cause I think you're a great person and know you've had your issues too. I actually STILL HAVE my band thankyou very much Noname and it is working much better empty than it ever did when filled because I can go back to eating solid dense protein. I venture to guess anyone with lung issues would have a difficult time losing when you can't breathe or walk without gasping for air. I havee nothing but respect for you Melly you are one of the old timers and have never started any problems unlike some others.

Thanks, Hislady, I didn't take offense.  I just wanted to be clear that I wasn't talking about the band vs the world threads...those will always be with us.  LOL  I have always had compassion for you, and reading about people like yourself, it has always made me feel ashamed.  Yes, I have had some serious issues with my band.  However, there are many times that my band is working the way that it should and I end up eating around it.  

Therefore, I always feel guilty, because some people like yourself never really got a good, working band experience to help them.

 Melly you are one of the sweetest and sincerest person I've gotten to know on these boards, many GOOD people no longer post anymore.

The problem is so many people that have MISERABLE lives and hurting with their OWN surgery types are probably mourning and missing their bands and they are trying to make others lives miserable too.

They PREY upon people that come here for support to discuss any band related issues that they are having. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE about this.
Maybe they need to shut the Lap Band FORUM DOWN, it has gotten that bad. Problem is SO MANY BITTER and irrate lap banders have gotten their bands removed BY FORCE and now are on a mission to make sure no one else is happy or given the support they need.

It is actually bullying and many  of these idiots do not realize they can actually get prosecuted for on line bullying and constant harassment. I've actually blocked many and they find a way around my blocks and still will respond to my post. 

If I had to god forbid get my band removed....I will MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE instead of coming here harassing those who want to get a band or get support. I would actually BE EMBARRASSED to let others KNOW THAT I AM A SORE LOSER....they are screaming they are jealous and bitter that they no longer have a band....and it is actually pitiful to see other bullies that have not even had a band ba**** it's really getting out of hand and something from a management level needs to step in....MIDWESTERN..aka wasaBubblebutt GIRL HAS BEEN BANNED from Obesity Help and they need to BAN A WHOLE LOT MORE.

I am so sorry this is affecting you Melly, perhaps write a note to Obesity Help management, I no longer need or want support, but I do like to pop in and help others at times, I remember these boards used to be so helpful and cheerful, it really a shame what is going on now.
