Happy Friday... What Are We Eating Friday

Breakfast: Coffee/Protein shake - apple
Lunch: Qudoba - three small tacos I eat mostly the inside and not the corn tortilla
Dinner: steak and salad

No exercise heading to FLORIDA tonight :)

Again, enjoy your trip to Florida!  I wish I was going on vacation :(

B:  GNC choc protein shake w 6 ounces of skim milk and teaspoon of natural PB

S:  Light laughing cow cheese wedge

L:  1/2 cup of turkey chili, 1 ounce LF cheddar, 1 tbsp. light sour cream

D:  chicken ka-bobs on the grill.  chicken w/pepper, onion and zucchini slices.  YUMMY!

40 minutes on the elliptical this morning.  I cannot wait til be cleared for weights!! I have an appointment on Wednesday which will be my 6 week mark.  Hopefully he'll clear me then!

Breakfast - Vanilla/caramel protein shake

Snack: okios 0 yogurt cup with just a little honey

lunch: chicken salad made with spinach and water chestnuts. cucumbers with ff italian dressing

snack: Atkins chocolate chip protein bar

Dinner: not sure but either 1/2 of a steak and bean bowl from chipotle, or beef and broccoli.

Workout:

60 min Spin bike with clips

Dinner: band friendly leftovers( about 1/4 cup crockpot chicken and 1/4 cup taco salad meat) with salad or asparagus

B:3/4c Hi-Lo Protein Cereal (Vanilla Almond), 1T SF Vanilla Syrup, 1/2c FF Milk

L: 1.5c mixed greens, 1/8c goat cheese, 2.5 oz grilled salmon, 2T balsamic vinagerette

S: 1c 0% Plain Fage, 2T Pineapple SF Syrup

D: 3/4c Nik's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole, 1/4c green beans

Dessert:  Not sure yet *sigh*
