Been getting dizzy but can't figure out why???
I have to agree with the girls on the carbs . A couple of weeks ago I kept mine way to low and I just about passed out at the bowling alley from not eating enough carbs.
I also can and have gotten dizzy from not eating enough carbs. My NUT said between 60-80 per day is healthy . Anything less is not very healthy especially if we exercise every day .
Once I added more carbs to my diet I havent had a dizzy or a fainting spell since then.
Believe it or not keeping carbs to low can do just as much damage as eating to much of them .

two interesting articles.. you need to see your self more as an athlete
I'm not as consistent as you are with exercise so I try to eat 1300 calories and I only work to burn approx 400-500 calories a day. I don't need more than that because I kept my calories in check I'm fine with being at net 800-1000 a day .. my carb are 100 or less.. I try for less but some days Im better than others..
I agree with Steeler fan you should be closer to 80 if you are working intenstly 90 min a day. The days your not working out then i would maybe lower them to a resting amount you prefer..

Hi there! I had a couple of rounds of what I was told was vertigo lately. Both coincided with TOM. I have an iron deficiency and when my naturopath put me on ferrous phos and an extra super duper vitamin(Eve)....I did not have the vertigo this last month....is this a possibility for you? Do you have low iron possibly?
good luck--Annie
