1 week post op

Hi everyone,

I am 1 week post op and 8 lbs down !!! I am doing well and feeling good, most of the soreness is gone. But I am still taking things slow and easy :)

Congrats all around! It sounds like you're off to an excellent start.

I really appreciate you for sharing that it's Lupus Awareness Month.  I have a close family member that manages Lupus, so that is great informatioin to know.

I had surgery on the 5th and I am also down 8lbs. I was so excited when I saw that I lost 8 lbs already. I already cant wait to get back to the gym to see what else I can do. Im still pretty sore in the one large incision. But other than that I am doing okay. Im glad that your feeling well!
