Ah HA! Moment

I came back here to the message boards over a week ago in a dismay. A few of you gave me some kind words and I've read some great posts. Weight has been creeping up on my since November and I was up almost 25lbs.
I started posting what I ate in the Nutrition tracker in the tools here, and discovered 3/4 of what I was eating was CARBS. YIKES! I switched that off to make sure 1/2 was protein and only 1/8 was carbs. (Pie chart use).

Lost 6lbs Since Sunday. Got a small .3ml fill yesterday. After my mandatory 2 days of liquid, I will be back on the protein wagon again.

Thank you all for your inspiration and help.

Congrats to you !!!!!   Those carbs can be nasty buggers sometimes lol.   Carbs was never my problem Im so thankful for that especially after I hear some of you talk about them .

Give me a steak or any kind of meat and watch me go to town lol.

Good luck and keep up the great work you are back on track :o)

Excellent news!  I've had the same realization.  Simple, process carbs have slipped back into my diet.  I'm making the same adjustments.

We can do this!
