What Are We Eating Wednesday
Thank you SO much for your kind words...this one is REALLY tough for me. It was apparently a head injury. He slipped and fell in the shower and lived alone so nobody got to him for some time (estimated 6-8 days ugh...). I just hope he did not suffer. These horrific thoughts are consuming me!!! I am thankful to have had a nice, long conversation with him 3 months ago - we tried to catch up every couple of months for the last 20 years since we graduated. Just thankful to have known such a wonderful person. He holds a special place in my heart and played a major role in my adolescent years.
Thanks again. I am feeling better as the day goes on...trying to make peace with everything, looking at photos and thinking of happier times. :)

Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Leftover Ricotta Cheese Bake (YUM)
Snack: Half a Protein Bar just before Zumba
Curves Zumba
Dinner: Crockpot chicken cooked with ff cream cheese, bacon bits, onion and corn,
black-eyed peas, carrots with cauliflower and broccoli.
2 mile walk

It's rainy and nasty here today! Had to leave the office at 12:30 to meet a client at 1:30. Didn't get back to the office to eat lunch til 2:30. Boy was I feeling the hunger!
B: 1/2 package Vanilla Bean Torte Nectar protein, 1/2 scoop Jillian Michaels chocolate protein, 3 strawberries, 6 ounces of skim milk
S: Light Laughing Cow cheese wedge (garlic and herb)
L: 3 ounces tuna, 2 light laughing cow cheese wedges (blue cheese)
D: 4 ounces of salmon but nothing else fits when I eat salmon so that's all
I am on-call tonight and tomorrow night. Praying for a relatively quiet couple of nights!!!

D: (haven't eaten yet.. but will probably be) 3oz Tequila Lime Chicken, 1/2 cup squash, zucchini, onion, mushroom mix, 1/8th of a small avocado. Calcium & other supplements.
