Would people like this again

I have noticed that a lot of us are getting back on our banding way and working on doing this correct things for our band. Would anyone find it useful to have a daily what are you eating to be posted up again. I remember I used to enjoy it cause I could get ideas and it kept me more accountable because I was telling others what I was eating.

Let me know if you would like it I will try to start doing it every morning. :)

sure I will post on it. I was terriable about posting on it but I made sure I read it every day.  I will post every day though since you are being so kind starting it back up again :o)

I would post and would also like to know what others are eating. I dont have much of a variety considering I only get 1/2 cup at each meal. Eating the same stuff day in and day out gets old after whilemaybe I could get some different ideas.

gosh only a 1/2 cup of food per meal ?  I wouldnt be able to make it on that little amount of food that dont seem very much to me .

Im struggling now on just a cup of food and with the exercise I do , Im struggling not to get sick or pass out during Zumba on just 1000 calories I can just imagine what I would do if I only had a  1/2 cup of food .

I had to up my calories big time.   Im curious how many calories do you eat a day with only just a 1/2 cup of food per meal ?

Oh yeah, definitly.  I kind of get hungry, go look in the kitchen and hit a big "duh" anymore.

same here soup . Im getting tired of eating chicken and pork chops all the time. Granted its heavenly now since Im cooking them on the grill but it does get old.

I think that is why I get off track ever 4-5 weeks because I do get tired of eating the same foods day after day.

I picked up some jennie o turkey breast today and I couldnt believe the amount of sodium in it .  But dang that sandwich was well worth it lol.

Yes I only get a 1/2 cup or 4 oz  of food per setting. Thats 3 times a day plus a snack if I get hungry. Im not sure of my calorie intake but Im never really hungry just bored with it. Im  not suppose to go over a1000 cals a day. I just had surgery on March 30th so that is probably the reasoning behind the amount. Just started the basic diet this past week Ive been eating chicken and fish the past 3 weeks(ground up, cut very small) and Im getting a little tired of it. 
  Today I have had: 
Get up  have a a sugarfree carnation instant breakfast with fat free milk

Breakfast was 1/4 cup eggbeaters with pepperjack cheese  and mushrooms(measure these to make 1/4 cup)
Lunch is either 2 ozs of fish with and oz of veggies and an oz of fat free cottage cheese
Dinner is going to be either 1/2 cup turkey chili with beans  or  3 ozs of chicken and an oz of  veggies(green beans)
My snack at night is usually a glass of milk with sugarfree carnation instant breakfast.

Im due to get my first fill on the 9th of May and Im thinking I really dont need it,Its not like I eat a ton of food right now.

I applaud you Anna because there is no way I could do that , I admire you and for sticking with it .

I tried to do the 1000 calories per day but I stalled on weight loss so now I have to eat my three meals plus try to get some snacks in there also and watch all the numbers at the same time its hard trying to keep carbs down but not to low  but to get my calories up and not go sky high on sodium and protein .

I love my nightly milk I told my doc about it one time and I got a lecture for 20 min . He does not like liquid calories at all lol. Lesson learned what he dont know wont hurt him and I love my nightly glass of milk before bedtime its the only time I drink milk.
