Shoulder pain

Nicci explained it as my doctor did.  I was getting it and it really hurt--so I feel for you.  It would almost completely knock me out.  My doctor told me it had nothing to do with being a indication of being full, but I think it does.  He unfilled me for a while and I was eating steel cut oatmeal in the a.m. and by noon if I took a couple bites I was full and starting to hurt.  He thought I needed to quit eating the oatmeal that maybe it was too hard for me to digest and was still sitting in my pouch by noon.  The pain went away thank goodness and I'm getting back to restriction.  By chance are you eating something like that?  Hope you get some answers, If you do please post them.  Koye

I have very little restriction now have not had any in several months. Went back in the OR in March for a port revision, my port flipped. Noticed the pain started after that, this pain is not the same as the pain after surgery from the gas though. I have noticed that it occurs in the afternoon, will start to pay attention if its after I eat, as this is usually my "big" meal of the day. X-ray done this morning, was hoping to be able to see my port and tube, but they did not get that view. I have chronic back pain and have had 2 surgeries in the last 2 years for this and have pain everyday, but this shoulder pain is something I can not take much more of. Hope to get some answers in the next week or so.
