Congratulations! I went for my 1 week appointment today, and everything looks great. There are a bunch of us newbies here who were banded in the past week or so :) It's nice to go through the same stages at the same time as so many others. The advice on this board from experienced banders is amazing!

How are u feeling Heather are u in any pain or discomfort? Are u feeling full or are u hungery..lol?

REALIZE Band on 04/26/11

I feel pretty good a bit sore but manageable I have been walking around the house doing little things to keep moving and that helps overall I feel well, not much of an appetite but satisfied doing the clear liquids.
