Here's the best advice I can offer:
Get fills regularly! No fills = no restriction = you blaming yourself for lack of weight loss
Celebrate the smallest of successes!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT get down on yourself if you plateau. You WILL! I did for months sometimes. That's part of the process. Sometimes you gain, sometimes you lose... it doesn't matter... eventually you will get there. Just push forward!
Tweak often!! If you are stalling, start analyzing what you are doing and tweak tweak tweak... make little changes until the weight starts dropping off again.
