I went to my primary care physicians yesterday for my one month post op check up. He took me off some meds when I had my surgery, diabetes meds, hbp and cholesterol. I went in for a fasting blood work on Friday. GREAT NEWS! Everything was perfect! Also, I had been on 3 asthma meds prior to surgery. I ran out 3 weeks ago and decided to try it without them. I haven't needed them at all. He agreed to try it without them. We'll of course keep my emergency inhaler just in case. I'm just really thrilled to have such great progress so early on. I even joined the YMCA. But I think I'm gonna have to actually go there and work out for it to be effective! I work nights and haven't had the motivation just yet.
