awesome i am encouraged... thanks for sharing... love to hear good news... so many (skinny) people say to me you don't need to do that surgery... well they haven't walked in my shoes for30 years of up and down mostly up... i am still waiting for insurance approval.. hope to hear soon ready to get it going.. i have lost 19 pounds on my own but it is hard being hungry all the time... thanks again for sharing you look great..

Thanks everyone for you support! I cant believe the before and after when i looked myself.. i see myself everyday so i didnt know it was like that.. but its a great way to finish my 1yr!! I cant wait to see what this next year brings for me for weight loss!! thankyou everyone

I agree its a pretty big difference. I wasent aware I suppose of that much difference till I did them. I am happier and I do feel better! I have more to go but im so excited to get there, and i have all the faith in the world I can
