1st of all...........How new? Do you even have a band??? Had it 3 mos.??? If so then u don't know ANYTHING about this!

2nd of all................Tool?? Really??? It is only a "tool' IF it works moron! You tell me how you would use a hammer that you bought NEW, and it broke into pieces before you even got to use it?! Tell me how you get that "tool" to work?!?!?!

3rd of all............."Did u fail your wls fail you or did you fail yourself"? Excuse me?! If I had failed I would have no reason to be complaining about the band not working.

Since all of Spiegel's staff are also his wls patients and since his staff shills for him on wls support sites, I'm curious.  Do you get paid overtime for this or just piecework for people you rope into going to see him?

And where is he on the malpractice suitS?  He got off on one...that poor teenager who was ignored...on a technicality, right?  But her parents are still pursing justice and that's not the only malpractice case is it?

It is suposed to be a Support forum.  Regardless of what surgery you have or whether it is successful or you struggle, we are all human beings and need support.

I like purple better than red and have always been partial to Comic sans font, but hey to each their own...

I do not care what surgery you had.  I am sorry if you are not happy with it. 
We are all here struggling with weight issues, even if you have lost your weight.  We have all been through the same hurt througout life, the same emotional roller coaster...We should be able to be here for each other regardless..
