a friend of mine shared this with me.  Very cool!!

Im trying this tomorrow.  My  normal routine is 30 minutes cardio (usually a run) followed by 30 minutes strength training, and then I "cool down" with 10 more minutes of cardio.  It's been working for me sure, but I'd love to be able switch it up and see what happens after a few weeks.

Just wanted to share!  have a good Tuesday!

I agree with the article... when I had a trainer I was told warm up and then weights cardio after.

that's why I love body pump granted I only do it two days a week .. I warm up and go to class then cardio after and the other days all cardio..

Good Luck

I read that too. I just finished 12 sessions with a personal trainer to kick-start continued weight loss. I have no medical problems but get very short of breath with cardio due to couch potato disease. I asked him to switch the cardio to after the weights because I would get a better workout and he wouldn't. I will have to print the article and bring it to him. Under his care, I am in much better shape, stronger and increased endurance and minus 5 lbs. But I will switch it up now that I am on my own.
