Dude, I hope I can have the success you have had. You look amazing. I was denied the VSG and being faced with a bypass, Ive decided to do the lapband. So tell me your secrets and how you accomplished what you did. You look great.

Well I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy with my success so far.  I wish that I had a big secret to share as to how I've gotten the band to work for me so far in the past 8 months...  But unfortunately I don't.

Thanks.  I still have a very long way to go, and I'm still not sure what my ultimate goal weight is going to be.  But hopefully I'll be able to figure that all out when I get there.
