Thanks I will pick up a bottle tommor before I go out to dinner...I'm fed up with food getting stuck. I never know what works and what doesn't anymore..I find that it happans more often and I'm beginning to really chew more and slow..McDonald egg mc muffin got stuck after 2 small bites. I threw it out//Egg dry and chewy'

After reading the post yesterday on Papaya I jotted it down on my shopping list for this week's errand run.  Happened to be out with a friend this evening & we stopped by a RiteAid.  Perfect place for me to look for the green bottle someone mentioned.

They had it on sale--buy one get one free.  I don't know the reg price, this was $7.49 for 250 chewable.  So now I can give a bottle to my friend whose had a lap band for a few years.  I probably should share my bottle too cause I am not planning on needing 250 of these little buggers!

Papya enzymes ARE A MUST for Lap Banders, those who have more complications never used them....at 6 years post op they are ALWAYS with me day and night, they are a miracle mix with chewable Pepcid, they will get rid of heartburn immediately mixed together and any mild night time reflux. They help break down food and helps digest food, it helps move food through the the pouch if food gets stuck.
