Thanks I will pick up a bottle tommor before I go out to dinner...I'm fed up with food getting stuck. I never know what works and what doesn't anymore..I find that it happans more often and I'm beginning to really chew more and slow..McDonald egg mc muffin got stuck after 2 small bites. After reading the post yesterday on Papaya I jotted it down on my shopping list for this week's errand run.  Happened to be out with a friend this evening & we stopped by a RiteAid.  Perfect place for me to look for the green bottle someone mentioned.

They had it on sale--buy one get one free.  I don't know the reg price, this was $7.49 for 250 chewable.  So now I can give a bottle to my friend whose had a lap band for a few years.  I probably should share my bottle too cause I am not planning on needing 250 of these little buggers!
