Protein Water

Does anyone know of a protein water that tastes good. Im 2days post op with no appetite. Im really thirsty so I thought if i could drink my protein that would help me with fluids also. This gas is killing me!!!!

I had surgery Monday.  I know where you are coming from.  I have been drinking Muscle Milk Protein H2O in grape and grapefruit flavors and I like it. It has 10 grams of protein in a bottle.

 Have some Isopure Zero Carb.  You can get it at Vitamin Shoppe.  Some people don't like it, but I like the Grape Frost flavor, and one bottle has 40g of protein.  Good luck!

Ask your doctor if Syntrax Nectar would be OK to use.  It mixes really well with water, 90 to 100 calories per scoop (which is about 1/2 cup of powder), comes in lots of fruit flavors, 23 grams of protein and NO Carbs.

If you are interested, but not sure, email or call the company.  They will sell individual packets of the various flavors to first time customers for about 1.00/packet.  When I did this, I got 13 different flavors for 13.00  (shipping was free).

I like Isopure as well...I prefer the fruit punch and the blue one. I do find they give me cotton mouth, but I figure it helps my water intake...lol I'm drinking them for my pre-op.
