Goal Weight or Goal BMI
I dont have a goal weight, or a goal BMI. I have a goal size. I want to be a size 12/14. IDEALLY - I'd like to be a 10. But a 12 is more realistic I think.
I m 5'7", and started at 330.
I'm down to 223 now, and my "goal" weight is set at 180. That would be 150lbs lost, and it's reasonable for me and my frame/build.
In a perfect world, I'd like to be 165ish...

I started at 230 and my doctor set my GW to 130. I am under five feet so at first that sounded reasonable to me. BUT I don't ever recall being thin and there is a weird part of me that does not want to be too think and I think 130 is too small/thin for me.
I'm aiming for 145 and when I hit it I will look at how I feel and re-adjust if I feel I need to.
