Has anyone heard about the "new " rage. Hoola Hoop exercise?
Think I may go buy one but not sure about taking a class. It is supposed to be a good workout

I love the hula hoop classes I attend. The classes are a lot of fun. Go on meetup.com and see if they offer any in your neigborhood.

I don't know anything about it, but I would think a hoola hoop would irritate my port area, since I don't have much padding over it anymore.
