(((Hermosa)))

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Congratulations on picking yourself back up and taking care of YOU. No doubt, that's what he would have wanted for you.

You can't go back and make a brand new start, but you can start from now and make a brand new end.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's so painful to lose someone you care about, especially a parent. Thank you for sharing your lessons. As someone who hasn't had surgery yet, it's a good lesson for me too. I have lost my father and brother, and there will be other tough times in the future. Your post helps remind me that food doesn't solve feelings, there is support here on OH, and that if I fall down, I can get back up again. Thank you

Thanks for sharing your story- we all have various challenges in life- no matter what the timing and i know losing your father is unbelievably painful ( I lost mine when I was 23- he died April 27, 2001- next week will mark 10 years and I'm crying now thinking about it- so I know how you feel).

I am glad to see you on here- I have been stuggling lately too- same 3 pounds up and down and up and down and I do eat well and I am exercizing regsularly for the first time in my life.  It's so frustrating- just have to keep at it.

Good luck to you and {{{{{hugs}}}}}}
