This was the first day where planning ended up not working for me.  I started my day with food all packed, ready to go.  I have a job that puts me out of the office quite a bit, and one that I can't quite plan for some days.  Today was one of those days.  I started in the field and my appointments lasted longer than I anticipated.  I started by having breakfast at around 8 a.m. and then lunch wasn't until 2'ish.  I did get in a laughing cow cheese wedge at 11, so I guess not so bad.  But I didn't get in my afternoon Greek yogurt and don't think I'll be doing that today.  Water was also difficult because being in the field doesn't often allow for bathroom trips.  UGH!!!  I ended up with about 79 grams of protein but that was mostly due to 33.5 grams of protein for chicken breast at dinner.  Anyhow, sometimes even the best of plans are foiled!!

B;  Protein shake w/baby banana and skim milk

S:  wedge of Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese wedge

L:  3 ounce foil packed tuna, 2 wedges of light Laughing Cow Cheese, one in garlic and herb and another in original swiss

D;  chicken and broccoli stir fry

I am drinking a 32 ounce cup of water right now and I had maybe 16 ounces total before this.

Time to tweak my planning I guess!

I didn't drink enough water. I have to do better. One day at a time right?
