s: breakstones 100 calorie cottage cheese in peach flavor
d: we're going out before the NY Rangers game (YAY! LET'S GO RANGERS!!!!) to Jose Tejas .... I loved their grilled salmon over a bed of greens.
all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
Early: Regular coffee
FF / SF Vanilla Bean Latte (yum)
Breakfast: Oatmeal with skim milk and cinnamon
Lunch: Hummus with multi grain melba toast
SF Jello
S: Crystal light by the bucket
D: Going for greek (chicken stuffed with feta/spinach in a roasted red pepper sauce and green beans with tomato sauce, greek custard, glass of wine before.
Breakfast: Coffee and now Im going to have some oatmeal
Lunch: I'm thinking black bean tacos
Dinner: I have a frozen pasta meal in my freezer and some edamane.. and WINE.. I'm going to work out an extra 20 min to burn 1/2 of my wine calories..
Snack: apple..
Gym: 90 min - 60 min of zumba..
Yay food :)
Snack: Cottage cheese + pumpkin and cantaloupe
Breakfast: Oat bran, 2 eggs, 3 pieces of turkey bacon
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Taco salad with almonds
Snack: Protein bread + white choco peanut butter
Dinner: Chicken, mixed veggies, brown rice, and low-carb hoisin sauce.

Breakfast: Protein Drink made with 5 ounces skim milk and a baby banana
Snack: Baby Bel light cheese round
Lunch: 3 ounces chunk light premade tuna (Starkist in the foil package - 100 calories), 2 wedges of light Laughing Cow Cheese (blue cheese and original swiss)
Snack: Chobani Yogurt (strawberry today) with 1/2 scoop of unflavored Unjury protein
Dinner: 5 ounces of turkey chili
