My son has CP, doesnt have great head control (looks down alot), People ALWAYS say "Ohh...sleepy boy!" "He sure is tired!" "Looks like he's had enough for today." "Must be nap time!".......I wanna say to them "No, he just doesnt wanna look at YOU!!"
His an amazing boy, healthy and patient. He loves to cuddle and looks right at me!

I'm new-ish to OH...the only part I dislike on here is when someone tries to tell me that the band may not be right for me given my BMI! As if I dont have my own personal reasons for making this Life changing choice!
I've done my homework/research on Lap-band...and for the first time in my life, I'm excited about eating healthy and exercising. I'm ready to change my life!

I hate going into the auto parts store, car dealership...etc and having the clerk/salesman treat me like I'm some dumb "woman" who doesnt know a thing about cars, engines, tires...anything with a motor.
Watching their astonished look as I ask for, negotiate or reference the item in question. And thinking to myself "Bite me, Asshole!"

Lap Band on 10/19/07

Jelly beans! Especially the licorice ones, do you know how many you have to eat to get to the licorice ones! With an empty band I can snarf down alot of them! Thankfully the candy holidays will be over soon at least till Oct. when it starts all over again! That's all for now
PS I gotta have 2 teeth pulled Fri. and that means no jelly beans for awhile!

My kids have been ******G me off so damn bad, they have all been in tears atleast once this week. Not to mention I have been in tears about everynight this week.
I'm thankful my kids are happy and healthy and I love them to pieces....

I'm pissed my hubby can't come to my first fill with me...
I'm thankful he is still here, I wasnt' sure he would be after surgery..

I HATE that skinny blonde *****es get raises, promotions, and I dont, cuz she can kiss my fat ass...
I have a job and will think of things to do for revenge!!

I hate that I feel like I will fail at the lap band too, it scares the hell out of me...
I have the lap band and am not filled yet, so I have to be patient for "us" to work together!!

I'm sure I have lots more, but this is really theraputic(sp).......I hate that i can't spell either!!!!

hate that the longshoreman I work with are such ogres to ask " wow you've lost weight are you about to leave your husband?"
love that i have a husband I want to be with not just because im fat and i think anyones better than being alone!

I hate that my boss is sarcastic and thinks i'm clueless because i'm her assistant!
I'm grateful that she hired me and that we can easily get past our bout of disliking each other.

I hate waking up 6am to travel to another borough just to take them for school, when there is a school right around the corner from me! Uggh!
I'm happy that my kids are smart and waking up at 6am and making the 30-45 minute commute is the only price I have to pay for that.

Drinking this nasty a$$ EAS supplement shake gives me the shivers!!!!! BLAAAAH!
It will help bring me to a better place in life and that is becoming smaller and healthier!

I definitely have to come back and do some more because this is a tension reliever. THANKS!!!1
