Bodybugg users.......??

I got mine over a year ago and just took the plastic off of it yesterday.........

My question is.....how often do you download your data?  Every 24 hours?

Can you do it after each workout to see how many calories your burned?

Any tips/advice on the BB would be great!

It is a band/monitor that you wear on your arm that tracks your calories burned......

Hi Steph -- I did a search up above on bodybug and got a bunch of links with people's feedback.  You may wanna do that search - you might find some really helpful information there too.  Good luck and keep us posted.

I have one and I love it.  I have the display that goes with it, so if I am doing something that I want to see the calorie burn, I will reset the "trip" , I put mine on when I get dressed in the morning and leave it on until I get ready to take my shower at night.  At this time, I connect to my computer and download, however I thnk it will keep like 14 days in the memory. 

It helps me because I have how many stepps I want to do a day (10, 000), what activity I want to do and how many calories, and if mid day, I am not close, I know I need to up something, go for a walk or something.  It beeps and let me know when i meet each goals. Did I tell you that I love my bodybugg??

I have burned 1448 calories
I have walked 5390 stepps, so I now that I still have a ways to go, without my bugg, I would be jsut guessing

You must have a newer one than I do.  Mine does not have a screen.....
If you plug it in and download it , does it erase for the day?

My bodybugg that goes on my arm does not have a screen, it came with a display that is worn like a watch. I really dont know if it is the newer one or not.

If you plug it in, it download it and keep it until the memory get full then it will erase.  On my disply (watch), I can view today....yesterday, my target for the day and trip.

Hi Steph - I have my bugg 4 weeks now and I love it. The first thing you should do is schedule a training session. My bugg is like Luscious' bugg. I ordered a display screen that is worn like a watch. This way I can see what I'm burning in my spin class, on the treadmill or during a strength training workout.

On the top of the bodybugg website, there is a bodybugg drop down menu, where you can set up or purchase a training session. Maybe that will help.

I try to upload the data daily. That includes the data from the bugg (calories burned) and the calories consumed (what I ate that day). It's a great tool!!
