Found this online and want to share!

Without guilt I would simply cease to exist.  It goes along with perfection!  Hence, my tag line, which I really try to live by.  No one can be harder on me than I am on myself, and I bet that is true for most of us here.

Unless we are learning and changing our behavior , guilt is a useless emotion, but so damned hard to let go of.

Now I will probably feel guilty for posting this.....
