What I'm Eating Today - Wednesday
Early - Nothing, I was running late. First time in over 20 freaking months that I did not have my morning protein shake....AND never again will that happen! I was STARVING (ravenous) by my normal breakfast time and between all of my other meals. As some of you that know me may know, I have always sworn by my diligent protein shake routine and now I proved to myself why!! Geez, what a difference in hunger and bad food cravings - I never have either of those issues...like, ever.
B: Egg Drop Soup - 1.5c Chicken Broth, 2 Eggs, splash of soy sauce, red pepper flakes
S: 1c Plain Fage 0% Greek Yogurt, 1T SF Coconut Syrup, 1T SF Pineapple Syrup, 3T Fiber Sprinkles
L: 3/4c Shelly's Ricotta Bake, 1/2 c Edamame
D: 2oz Peppercorn Pork Loin with 2T SF Buffalo Wing Sauce for dipping, 3/4c string beans
Dessert: 4 fresh strawberries, 1T SF Simple Syrup, squeeze of lemon juice
