Can I not cry

I am tired of crying when I watch biggest looser.  Dang, I know a lot of that show is staged, but wow.  i want to adopt Moses.

 say no more, it is recorded, but I won't see it until tomorrow. I love the show but I fast forward through a lot of it. 

I jus****ched it off of DVR. I've caught episodes, here and there, of past seasons. But, this season I'm hooked! I love it weather its staged or not. There have been so many twists and turns! It helped me make my final decision to become healthier. Courtney was about my weight and to have lost 200lbs is a major accomplishment. Can't wait to see who the final 4 are....
