Hello.

Long story short:
Had Lap Band years ago.  Lost 100+ lbs.  Soon regained almost all of it.  Now working hard to re-lose it.

Here is my question:
I'm hungry as heck!  What are some easy (premade?) snaks to eat during the day?

Thanks!

I have had plenty of fills, sometimes you just gain weight.

Yep, had LB 5 years ago.

Premade because, who is going to make food for me during the day when I am at work?  Guess I could ask the secretaries.  If not, I need something pre-made.

I agree you may need to go check in with the Dr and maybe get a fill . But some good things to have around are protein yogurts ,  sliced meat and cheese , sandwich meat and laughing cow cheese, egg, tuna or chx salad , hard boiled eggs . You will of course either have to make some of this ahead and keep it on hand or you can buy most of it premade in the store. An easy chx salad is to take a can of chx  drain and add ranch to taste. It is surprisingly good. It is quick and easy too!  Also the Morningstar or Bocca patties are good to keep around they are high in protein .
Yay to you for getting back on track ! Good luck :)

I eat pre-made breakfast and lunch everyday at work.  They are pre-made becuase I prepare and bring them to work with me every day.  Believe me, I'm no cook, but being prepared is 99% of success with a restrictive diet.

Try getting into the habit and you'll see it's not that bad.  I have lists of foods I eat and my routine on my blog.  Friend me if you're interested.

Please don't ask the secretaries to cook for you!  You can do this and need to learn becuase it's a lifetime plan, not a diet just for the short-term.  Besides, they might kill you if you asked them to cook for you!

Best~

Thanks.  I love hard boiled eggs.  Might just boil a bunch up and bring a few to work.

I presume you do have a refrigerator at work, yes? :) If so, these are my go-to choices:

Single-serving Greek Yogurts (or cottage cheese if you like it)
Cheese sticks (they make flavors other than "string cheese" now, like cheddar, pepper jack, etc.)
Almonds, hot peanuts, other nuts that are NOT honey-roasted or sugar-laden
Apples (or celery if your band tolerates it) & peanut butter
Fruit which are high in fiber to keep you full longer
Veggies such as cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers (or a FEW whole wheat crackers) & hummus or low-fat ranch dip
Protein Bars (watch the fat/carb/sugar content though)

Hope that helps. Good luck...I know the frustration of weight gain.
