After Gallbladder surgery- anyone know of any dietary changes that

need to be made for the long term. I'm not alking right after surgery but the weeks, months, years following. It seems if you follow the lap band diet that should be good.

i had mine out years ago and made no changes . The lapband diet should be fine.

I was just told to stay away from anything fatty but we do that anyway so it hasn't changed for me.

Yeah band diet. I had mine out a month ago and knock on wood no problems.
