We just visited friends, they are from Vancouver, Wa, but he is originally from Dade City, Fl. They are flying back to Portland next Sat. I'll make them take a cupful of Florida Sunshine ( 89 today) back for you

Naw! Don't want 89! I like 70-80! In any case, i am in the Middle East for the next 2 weeks visitng archaeological sites so it will be HOT!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Wow Kate! Please take some pics and post them for us! That sounds like quite an interesting trip. Remember, you could come visit Iowa anytime.
Early summer is best and you will see cornfields & soybean fields, and on the other side of the road, soybean fields and cornfields! : )

Lots of tornadoes last night in Northern Iowa. ( Not close to us.)
