Two Years of Banded Life-the good, bad & ugly!
Pam, that is amazing....You almost brought me to tears. I have a lot of the same thoughts. I just got banded 3/23 and love reading stories like this....you are such an inspiration. size 14, I honestly think that everyone in the store would hear me hollering from the dressing room, the moment I could fit in and button a 14!!!

Such a great post and really speaks to what it is like to still have to live with our heads no matter what a miracle this little helper band is for our bodies. It helps not to feel alone in the process of taking on the life long habits/thinking so many of us have developed around food/eating. Thanks so much for sharing that.
WOW, you've come so far and you look FANTASTIC!! I am glad you shared the roller coaster. It can be difficult but in the end all its your own unique story and you're living it! WTG!!
