Mind-blowing weight loss
I had my port repair done on April 7, 2010 and the weight loss stepped up again after my 2nd re-fill in June 2010.

I got to my WW goal on Christmas Eve --- and then bounced up 2 down 2 for about 8 weeks.
4 weeks ago, I got a .25cc fill - to 'top things off' ---- I have lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks --- all because my band is properly adjusted.
I have lost 135 pounds in 22 months -- and I have to say that is has just not been hard --- there has been a learning curve, and many moments of surrender -- but it has not been a struggle.
I am so grateful!
Jean, well done!
And I so agree with you! People say maintaining is harder than losing - I haven't found that. I have to keep my eye on the scale and, yes, it does go up sometimes! But losing it and getting back to where I like to be is easier than losing it in the first place UNLESS I let it go too long!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I'm going in for a fill tomorrow. I haven't had one for over 6 months and in the last few months have had more hunger. I've been exercising like crazy and I keep saying I need to measure myself again.
Mind blowing weight loss is something to shout about! I'm so happy for you.

I HAVE to get in for a fill. I know this, I really do. I am reluctant to spend the money though. With all that is happening in the next month, I just don't want to spend the cash just now. But I know that not being properly adjusted is going to make my weight loss that much more difficult. Also I have to be careful not to blame my band right now for any weight gain. This is all on me. Ugh! Consider your lecture heard. Thanks for the kick in th butt!
