2 Year Bandaversary
Well, I am a very slow loser. I would get so frustrated at times that I would lose only 1-2 pounds in a month, but I just figured that if other people can have success with the band I can too.
I didn't pick to have surgery to not succeed!! That would be the worst feeling in the world and would have definitley crushed me.. I was tired of beating myself up over my weight and I just decided that I would hang in there and try and stick to the plan as best I could.
I could eat bread, and cakes, etc, for a long time until I finally got to my sweet spot. Now, I can still eat them, but not very much and my taste buds have definitely changed as well.
I would always come to OH and look at the before/after pictures. Eventually 6months would pass and I would be down some lbs...the time really does go by quickly. So, on a bad day, think how much you will have lost in 3,6, 9 months...You'll be very surprised!!

You look wonderful!! And so great that there you are on a hot day in a strappy top and short skirt - not hiding behind plain dark baggy clothes any more!!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
