Found the best stuff in the world. Smooth Move tea. Make sure it is the kind with Senna. It is the same ingredients in Senokot, a natural laxative. It works every time for me. I eat nuts to help me stay regular too. Sunflower kernals or pistachios do the trick for me!

Steph~just got the tea at the Grocery Store. It is in the tea isle. When my neice was doing the detox diet I think she picked it up at Walmart. It is by Traditional Medicinals. The make teas for digestive problems, water weight gain, colds, etc.

Anytime I am constipated I eat about 10 sugar free lifesavers... 'excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect...'
