Hi Lucky!
Can you leave the house, go for a walk, go shopping?  Sounds like it may be just one of those days and you need to get away from any temptations!

BTW what are ramen soup and Hershey kiss's in your house?  Man, I WISH I could eat noodles, well actually, I'm glad I can't but I love Asian noodle soups!  Anyway, get rid of the stuff that's tempting you if it's not healthy or on your healthy food list!

How's your restriction level?  Time for a slight fill maybe?

Hang in there!

I agree with Lisa.  I don't even keep the stuff in my house.  I can't I would be tempted to often.  I keep healthy food in the house so when I feel like snacking it's the only thing to snack on.  I do keep one guilty pleasure in the house for times when I really want something sweet.  I keep Breyers Carb Smart ice cream bars.  They really hit the spot.  Hey at least you limited your self to 4 Kisses...at the wrong time faced with such temptation I might eat a dozen or more...hahaha

I loved your post!!  Very funny, especially the list of everything you ate.  I'm sure we all have days like that but not having it in the house is the best way to keep it out of your mouth.  Maybe a call to your doctor is in order??  Let us know the outcome and stay out of the fridge!!  Karol :)

I have days where I feel like I can do nothing but eat...  they usually follow a few days of bad eating or getting way too few calories.  It is like my body is trying to make up for lost time.  My band usually plays along on days like those, too.  It is quite amazing.  Have you been taking your mulitvitamins everyday?

Sorry you have been having the munchies today.

We all have days like that..Don't beat yourself up...Start filling up with your water and you won't eat anything else tonight. I think you need a fill. I was like that all last month...very hungrey. Last week I got a small fill and now I get full right away. I still weight my food and watch what I eat. I want to have a good weight loss in April.  I know the weather is crappy out maybe you could do some floor excercises and distract yourself away from the kitchen area. I suggest you stay with the proteins and don't eat the starches and sweets. They make you want more and feel hungrey. Also give you a big weight gain. Drink some tea and as far as the upcoming stress busters. Take one step at a time and don't cram up your brain. It doesn't help with eating behavoir..Start tomorow with a fresh slate and write down everything and measure your food..Good luck...
