Thanks for the chili advice - cooking in progress!

 Thanks all for your cooking advice... I couldn't find any cumin in the foreign stores here but I managed to find oregano, paprika powder, pepper and taco mix. I am making dinner for my husband and his brother, but I am highly intimidated because my husband can cook REALLY well. But you know what... I can cook well too if I TELL myself I can... so here it is... so far so good!
