Yummy Protein Shake Recipies Needed
I am in LOVE with the BSN Dessert powders! The Banana Cream Pudding is my favorite, then the Chocolate Coconut Candy Bar flavor. 2 scoops in the blender with 8 oz milk and blend away. I've added banana, strawberries, and/or ice cubes for thickness. The Choc Coconut tastes more like Choc Marshmellow to me, though, but still delicious. I'm trying the Cinnamon Roll flavor today. I went onto Vitalady.com and purchased samples of different flavors to try.
Happy Blending!
Happy Blending!
I have to do two weeks pre-op with protein shakes starting April 14, and I bought samples of a bunch and have been trying them each morning for breakfast. I had to get used to my single serve blender first (made a mess everywhere!) but it's been fun. I tried the nectar twisted cherry, and made it with water. It was actually pretty good once the foam went down. It tasted like weak koolaid, but given what I was expecting it to taste like, I was pleasantly surprised.
I use jillian protein powder walmart 10 dollars low in sugar, carbs and 15 gram of protein
I use 1 scoop of powder (vanilla I don't like any other flavor)
8 ounces of Almond Milk 45 cal unsweetned vanilla
1/2 a banana (if it's a large banana 1/3 - save the rest for the next day or two it's stays fine)
1/2 cup of ice
and blend it's frothy and filling..
Now I'm not sure how often your drinking shakes but I only do it 1-3 times a week at the most.
